Multinationals such as PSA and local entrepreneurs such as Spinelli Group are the only ones to get benefit from the subtraction” says Roberto Di Somma, president of “Comitato Palmaro” committee. Just at 50 meters from their houses, Prà and Palmaro residents have highway, railway, container port and airport landing strip. The discomfort makes this area active 24/7 with an increase in stress and sleeping disease  among the inhabitants.
