The disaster that resulted in 43 people death and over 600 displaced people during the first few months, it lead to the demolition of four buildings in via Porro and to the relocation for 265 families. The unstopped construction site noise, dust presence affected displaced people and area residents and does and will involve Certosa and Sampierdarena districts for many more months. Mayor / commissioner for reconstruction Marco Bucci forecast planes and states the new bridge opening for April 2020.
